The categories of personal information that we collect, hold and share are only what is
essentially needed and limited to:

• basic characteristics (such as whether you are a parent/ carer, student, or school
  employee).
• key contact details. We collect only your email address when you provide it to us and
  we process your email address based on: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), or
  our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for account updates and essential
  communication purposes.

• Rectification – correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure – request deletion of your data.
• Portability – receive your data in a structured format.
• Object – object to processing based on legitimate interests.

• We retain it only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.
